Bob Hopper
Managing Director, MMA Energy Capital

Bob is the Managing Director for MMA Energy Capital, MMA Capital Management’s renewable energy finance group.  Bob is responsible for strategy, business development and serves on the investment committee.  Bob has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry and was the founder and President of ClearPeak Advisors, Inc., which was acquired by Enfinity America Corporation in 2010, which in turn was acquired by SunEdison.  Bob has extensive experience in energy investment and energy business planning; he served as Senior Vice President, Business Development at MMA Renewable Ventures and prior to joining Renewable Ventures he provided the leadership to Siemens Energy and Environmental Solutions business in the Western region.  Bob also founded energy services company IEC, Inc., which negotiated more than $150 million in energy supply and services contracts and was acquired by NV Energy in 1998. Bob received his BA from St Bonaventure University.

Kevin Panzica
Vice President, MMA Energy Capital

Kevin is a Vice President for MMA Energy Capital.  Kevin has over 10 years of experience in the renewable energy industry including raising construction and permanent capital for solar project developers as well as leading investments in solar and wind projects for a large regional bank.  During his career, Kevin has been involved in the financing of more than $850 million of solar and wind projects.  Prior to joining MMA Energy Capital, Kevin worked for some of the leading companies in the renewable energy space including MMA Renewable Ventures, Union Bank, and SunEdison.  Kevin received his MBA from Boston College and his BS in Finance from the University at Buffalo.

David Felix
Vice President, MMA Energy Capital

David is a Vice President for MMA Energy Capital. David has over 10 years experience in the clean energy sector, most recently on Tesla’s EV infrastructure team where he was responsible for project development and solar PV procurement. In prior roles with NorthLight Power and MMA Renewable Ventures, he developed commercial and utility scale solar PV projects totaling over $500 million. David received a Masters of Environmental Science and Management from the Bren School at University of California, Santa Barbara and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.

Danielle Rose
Vice President, MMA Energy Capital

Danielle is a Vice President for MMA Energy Capital. Danielle has nine years of experience in the renewable energy industry including developing and raising capital for solar PV, landfill gas, energy efficiency and CHP projects throughout North America. During her career she has raised over $150 million in tax equity and non-recourse construction and term debt for renewable energy projects. Prior to joining MMA Energy Capital, Danielle worked for Ameresco, Inc., the largest independent energy services company in North America. Danielle received her MBA from Rollins College and her BS in Finance from the University of Florida.

Mark Dominé
Vice President, MMA Energy Capital

Mark is a Vice President for MMA Energy Capital.  Mark has over 10 years of experience in the renewable energy finance industry including origination, project development, project acquisition and fund development.  During his career, Mark has been involved in the development and financing of more than 150MW of distributed generation solar projects.  Prior to joining MMA Energy Capital, Mark worked for several leading renewable energy companies, including Conergy, Enfinity, and most recently, SunEdison.  Mark received his BA from Georgetown University.

Joshua Turner
Associate Vice President, MMA Energy Capital

Josh is an Associate Vice President for MMA Energy Capital. Josh has 10 years of experience in the renewable energy industry including capital raising and financial forecasting for solar and storage ventures. Prior to joining MMA Energy Capital, Josh worked for BrightSource Energy and Imergy Power Systems in various corporate finance, project finance, and asset management roles. Josh has also independently consulted to clients in areas including energy storage economics and solar portfolio acquisitions. Josh received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his undergraduate degree from Princeton University.

Jane Black
Associate, MMA Energy Capital

Jane is an Associate for MMA Energy Capital. Jane has four years of experience in renewable energy finance. Prior to joining MMA Energy Capital, Jane worked for HighStreet Global Asset Management and Goldman Sachs in various analytical investment positions. These roles included performing due diligence on energy bonds, international energy investment opportunities, distressed energy portfolios, and renewable energy technology companies. Jane received her BS in Business Management with a Strategy emphasis from Brigham Young University.
